Stephane Ibos co-founded Maestrano, along with Arnaud Lachaume, in 2013. The company attracted funding from leading investors and was quickly recognised as revolutionising the way SMBs manage business systems in the cloud, soon achieving international success. Prior to Maestrano, Stephane managed complex technology projects in the defence industry. Stephane holds a Masters Degree and three bachelors in fundamental Sciences.
Arnaud is an expert in software engineering for dynamic cloud infrastructure, ranging from application virtualization to service management and big data. Arnaud is also from the defence industry, designing and developing mission critical embedded systems and security architectures. He then moved to investment banking as an Operations Analyst, managing the scalability and integration of various applications stacks across the bank.
Ian has over 30 years of experience across the technology, telecommunications and financial services industries in both local and international markets. A high achieving leader with extensive public company experience, Ian is the founder of multiple companies including eServGlobal in 1991 (ASX:ESV). Ian has achieved substantial capital raisings, two IPO’s, six acquisitions and one major trade sale.

Mark is Maestrano’s global head of Customer Success, which includes key account management, customer experience and support for small businesses and all onboarding programs. He was previously Customer Success Lead, APAC for Microsoft. He is currently President of the International Association of Business Communicators (NSW) and has an extensive career in technology, branding and digital marketing communications. He has taught advertising at the University of Technology, Sydney.

Malcolm is an IT executive with a unique combination of technology and business skills. An engineer by training, Malcolm enjoyed a distinguished technical career. leading R&D, Engineering and Product Development functions with multiple breakthrough innovations. recognised in industry awards and a number of patents. Malcolm’s international business experience spans startups, Tier 1 Telecomms and Defence.
VP North America
Paul is a seasoned technology executive and proven entrepreneur with strong global experience. Paul was CEO at Kabira, a much respected in-memory transactional computing platform that went on to power global telecommunications and financial services customers in over 3000 installations worldwide before being acquired. Prior to joining Maestrano, he was CEO of iQuate. With a strong product development background as a basis, he has consistently shown his ability to grow companies in numerous software technology areas.

Technology executive with over 20 years of experience in a range of senior sales and business development roles. Neil has a passion and drive to help early stage companies as well as newly formed groups within existing organizations reach their full potential and grow to the next level. Prior to Maestrano, worked with Mphasis an IT consulting firm to build and launch a global alliance initiative. Previously served as the Mayor of London’s Business Lead in the US. Focusing on global expansion, FDI and Trade. As well as a variety of grass-roots roles within early stage firms such as LivePerson, Mimeo and YCD Multimedia.
VP Middle East And Africa
Philippe is an Information Technology executive with more than 25 years experience in Australia, United States, Europe and Middle East Africa. Philippe brings broad experience and background in applications, middleware, integration, infrastructure, programme management, and consulting. Philippe has founded a number of technology companies and performed one major trade sale. Prior to Maestrano, he held senior sales executive positions with IBM in the Middle East and Africa.
With more than 25 years of experience in ITS Telecommunication industries, Trushar is a results driven sales leader who undertakes complex sales engagements and has secured multi-million dollar deals with leading Telecoms operators across the Asia region. Trushar holds a Masters degree in Communication Engineering from Imperial College, London. Prior to Maestrano, he spent 4 years with Oracle in the Communications Global Business Unit.
Nicolas has over 15 years experience, mainly in telecoms and software, leading the introduction of complex and innovative products, developing long lasting relationships with partners, and building sales and delivery teams within a SaaS environment. Nicolas joined Maestrano from ON24 – a San Francisco headquartered B2B SaaS company – where he was Managing Director EMEA and contributed to, built and led the European business over 7 years.
