Resources include on-boarding playbooks, an online knowledge base and user on-boarding sessions to get SMBs successfully connecting apps, syncing data and building dashboards. We also provide follow-up business and end-user technical support, primarily through in-product online chat and user forums.
For enterprise customers we offer strategic, cloud adoption and change management advice through Key Account Management, focussed on ensuring customer success. This includes intensive research, UX workshops, train-the-trainer sessions and pilot work involving SMBs. We also host customer meet-ups for our enterprise customers to exchange best practices and learn about our product road-map.
